Due to the personalised nature of psychological and coaching services, we follow a no-refund policy for completed sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the session are eligible for rescheduling.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be considered charged sessions.

If you have booked a package and wish to discontinue, partial refunds (if applicable) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
